Custom Guardrail Installation at The Franklin Institute

We had the privilege of designing and installing a custom guardrail system for the iconic Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. This unique project features water jet cut 1/2″ thick aluminum infill panels, meticulously crafted for precision and detail. The aluminum portion of the guardrail was powder coated for a durable, long-lasting finish that complements the historic aesthetic of the space. The system is further elevated by a luxurious solid bronze top rail and solid bronze handrail, adding warmth, strength, and timeless beauty. This combination of materials delivers a stunning balance of craftsmanship and elegance, enhancing the institute’s architectural character while providing durable and functional safety features.
