This custom aluminum railing project, completed on a luxury coastal home in Long Beach Island, New Jersey, showcases a clean, modern spindle rail system engineered for both aesthetics and long-term durability in a harsh marine environment. This black anodized aluminum railing system was specifically designed for the demanding coastal conditions of Long Beach Island, NJ.

American Custom Fabricators designed and fabricated a fully custom front porch railing with a sweeping profile, allowing the rail to follow the natural lines of the home’s architecture. This approach creates a seamless, high-end appearance that enhances the entire front elevation while maintaining consistent spacing and alignment throughout.

Due to the layout of the structure, custom aluminum infill panels were required between the double column sections to meet local building code. These panels were carefully designed to integrate with the railing system, preserving the open feel while ensuring full compliance and safety.

All railing components were fabricated from aluminum and finished with a black anodized coating, providing superior corrosion resistance compared to standard painted or powder-coated systems.
