This striking modern coastal home on Long Beach Island features a combination of frameless glass railings and custom black cable railings designed to maximize views while standing up to the harsh marine environment.

For the elevated decks, rooftop terrace, and balconies, we fabricated and installed a fully frameless glass railing system utilizing black anodized aluminum glass shoe and matching cap rail. The minimalist design provides unobstructed sightlines to the surrounding bay and ocean while maintaining the strength and safety required for coastal construction.

At the front entry staircase, we installed a custom cable railing system fabricated from Duplex 2205 stainless steel and finished with a durable black powder coat. Combined with 316L stainless steel cable infill, the system delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term performance in the demanding salt-air environment of Long Beach Island.

The result is a seamless blend of modern architecture, engineering, and coastal durability that enhances both the appearance and functionality of this luxury waterfront residence.
